Join us for a Culinary Tour of Mexico with the La Despedida and UTSA Demonstration Kitchen
The UTSA Libraries, Rec Center and La Despidida are teaming up to present this year-long series, featuring recipes from UTSA’s Mexican Cookbook Collection.
Our sampler kickoff event will be held on Monday, August 29th from 5:30-7:00pm in the Rec Center Demo Kitchen, with appetizers from Nuevo Leon, Sonora, Colima,Quintana Roo, Puebla, and Oaxaca.
These events are open to all UTSA students, faculty and staff. No RSVP required … just show up hungry and ready to cook!
