Ingredients for sopa de aguacate

Sopa de aguacate

1/4 de taza de uno blanco

4 aguacates de grandes

1 cucharad de cebolla picada

1 cucharada de jugo limon

1 chile poblano ya preparando

2 pimientos morrones

2 litros de caldos de pollos

pimienta

sal

Se pelan los aquacates quitando el hueso, la pulpa se muele en la licuadora junto con el chile, jugo de limon, vino, cebolla, sal, y pimienta.

Se prepara un buen caldo de pollo o consume. Se sirve caliente con una buena porcion del pure de aquacate y un poco de pimiento morron, picado.

Translated Recipe/Receta Traducida:

Avocado Soup

1 / 4 cup white wine
4 large avocados
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 poblano chile (prepared)
2 red bell peppers
2 quarts chicken broth
pepper
salt

Peel the avocado removing the seed, grind avocado pulp in a blender along with the chile, lemon juice, wine, onion, salt, and pepper.

Prepare a good chicken broth or consume. Serve hot with a good portion of mashed avocado and a little bell pepper, chopped.
