Good Taste with Tanji

I know I promised to kitchen-test a recipe this week, but  I just didn’t manage to pull it off.  Fortunately, I have something even better to share with you today.

Earlier this week, Emmy award-winning journalist Tanji Patton and local chef Melissa Guerra got together and prepared some delicious oyster empanadas from La Cocina Jarocha by Lourdes A. Beltran’s (1960).  You can find the recipe and the hands-on video at Good Taste with Tanji.  Enjoy!
