Mexican Cuisine on the Web I

February 7, 2011

by Nathalie Burack

With the help of Mexican and Latin cuisine specialists, Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Fenigar, Frigidaire has established an online  Kids’ Good-For-You Cooking Academy featuring child-safe recipes to try at home.

Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger are well-known chefs, restaurateurs, cookbook authors, radio and TV personalities.  On this site, they re-design some traditional Mexican staples for quick-and-easy preparation, including Black Bean Dip with Oven-Baked Chile Lime Chips, Roasted Vegetable Quesadillas, and Apple Cinnamon Hand Pies.

More recipes, tips, and how-to videos can be found  on Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger’s Mesa Mexicana website.
