Culinary Tour of Mexico Kickoff Event
This past Monday, UTSA Special Collections and La Despedida kicked off our year-long Culinary Tour of Mexico with a night of appetizers from Nuevo León, Sonora, Colima, Quintana Roo, Oaxaca, and Puebla. Approximately 45 students and staff joined us to try out the recipes from CONACULTA’s series of state-themed cookbooks. Thank you to everyone who worked hard to help make this event a success!
