On Monday, October 24th, Food Day will be celebrated across the U.S.  Currently in its first year, Food Day seeks to inspire diverse, de-centralized local efforts to promote the humane production and mindful consumption of healthy, affordable, and sustainable food.

Read more about Food Day and find events in your community on the national Food Day Website or check out UTSA Libraries’ Food Day Guide to learn about food-focused events at UTSA and around San Antonio next week.  If you’re on campus, be sure to stop by the Information Fair at the Sombrilla between 11am-1pm on Monday.  We’ll see you there!
