Culinary Tour of Mexico Tomorrow – Oaxaca
We will demonstrate how to prepare Mole Amarillo (Yellow Mole) from Lo Mejor de la Cocina Oaxaqueñana (1981). This dish contains beef and vegetables in a yellow mole prepared with guajillo chiles, tomatoes, onion, and spices, and topped off with corn masa dumplings.
Cooking Demonstrations are open to all UTSA students, faculty and staff. No RSVP required … just show up hungry and ready to cook!
